About Us

Alexis Quintanilla is a proud Las Vegas native and the founder of Sin City Real Estate and Management LLC, a fast-growing property management company built on the promise “For Locals, By Locals.” With a lifelong passion for real estate, Alexis started her career as an agent helping first-time investors build profitable rental portfolios and has since expanded into full-service property management.

Beyond her role as Broker/Owner, Alexis is deeply engaged in the real estate community. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Council of Realtors - Las Vegas as Membership Director, is an active member of multiple committees at GLVAR, and recently completed local leadership training at the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. Her commitment to service extends into the community as well—Alexis has been honored by U.S. Vets for her support of veterans and actively participates in programs that promote equitable housing.

Known for her creativity and hands-on approach, Alexis not only manages properties but also helps investors see their potential, while educating tenants on their rights. She is a lifelong learner with a passion for inspiring others through real estate. Outside of work, Alexis values time with her family and her two dogs, Georgie and Freddy.

Alexis Quintanilla is the Broker and Owner of Sin City Real Estate and Management LLC. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Alexis has been a licensed real estate agent since 2018 and founded the firm in July 2023 with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between real estate agents and property managers, so that investors, homeowners, and residents receive seamless service across the entire ownership lifecycle.

Her dual expertise as both a Broker and a Property Manager allows her to see every transaction through the lens of long-term asset performance — not just the sale. Alexis personally oversees client relationships, portfolio strategy, and the firm’s operational standards, and she remains actively involved in mentoring her team of licensed agents and staff.

Originally from Los Angeles and now in Las Vegas, Samrina joins our team with a passion for real estate — and a personal passion for animals and pet rescues. Her goals include growing a strong portfolio of doors under management and providing the best value to every client she serves. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her working out, traveling, or doing a little shopping. Inspired by her family to pursue real estate, Samrina is excited to be part of a team that aligns with her goals and to continue growing in the industry.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nick brings a strong background in construction and a deep passion for helping people to his career as a REALTOR®. Licensed since 2022, he’s committed to making a difference in his community — both through real estate and through his non-profit gym, Branded One CrossFit, which he founded in 2016 to inspire and empower others. Currently studying at the College of Southern Nevada with plans to transfer to WGU for a degree in Business Entrepreneurship, Nick is driven by a mission to help others reach their full potential.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Anaya is on a mission to empower women through financial literacy and investment properties. She is dedicated to helping others secure their financial freedom and believes that with strategic planning and the right guidance, real estate success is within everyone’s reach. Outside of work, Anaya stays active by working out and loves traveling to explore new destinations. She is thrilled to be part of the team, eager to learn from seasoned experts and turn that knowledge into powerful results for her clients.

Born in Indiana and raised in Las Vegas, Dahlia brings energy, creativity, and heart to everything she does. With a passion for real estate and helping people navigate major life decisions, she thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and has always been inspired by the impact homes have on people’s lives. Outside of work, music is a huge part of who she is — she sings, raps, and writes her own songs — and she loves spending time in the kitchen trying new recipes.

Originally from Hawai‘i and now calling Las Vegas home, Braysha is the friendly face you’ll meet as Receptionist at Sin City Real Estate and Management. An aspiring real estate notary and student at the College of Southern Nevada, she plans to transfer to Nevada State University to pursue a degree in Secondary Education and become a history teacher. With a passion for empowering the next generation and fostering safe, supportive communities, Braysha brings heart and dedication to everything she does. Outside of work and school, she loves spending quiet time with her dog, Millie, and her boyfriend.
